The Facility Logix Difference

Implementing a successful vision for your facility is not dependent on just one competency. We know it takes technical expertise, practical implementation experience, market knowledge, and business management skills to achieve your objectives.

A Multi-disciplinary approach

Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to effectively advise you on the best strategies for business development and marketing, facilities planning, and operational management.

Having worked directly with bioscience companies and real estate firms, we understand the industry and we apply that experience for your benefit. At Facility Logix we understand that facility planning is so much more than building walls. We know that it’s the nature of the work that shapes an environment and how it functions and not the other way around.

We start with who you are, what you need, and when you need it in order to realize your technology facility vision. We look at numerous inputs including site selection, local and regional incentives, market characteristics, employee demographics, financial parameters, the nature of your research, as well as quality and compliance issues. We test the assumptions and minimize the risks.

The resulting strategic plan encompasses real estate market overviews, design considerations, construction issues, security measures, and the impact of future operating costs. Whether you seek to grow an industry cluster anchored by an incubator facility or are looking to develop concept facilities, we can help turn your dream into a reality. That’s the Facility Logix Difference.

Facility Logix worked with a local real estate provider to detail the property’s attributes and to evaluate the potential market for a buyer of the building for its highest and best use as a fill-finish site.

Our practice requires frequent interaction with economic development entities who prize the growth opportunities that our clients and their projects represent. On occasion we are hired by these same organizations to develop and execute strategic plans for job growth and investment promotion. Pat Larrabee and Facility Logix have been a valuable collaborator on several such initiatives. It is her unique talent to be able to apply her considerable knowledge of the life sciences to help identify assets and develop strategies to capitalize upon the competitive advantages that each market offers.  I can recommend Pat and Facility Logix without reservation.
