Patricia Larrabee

Patricia Larrabee

President

Pat is the founder and President of Facility Logix. She has over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, including several years as a bench researcher. For the past 20 years, Pat has applied her technical end-user knowledge to the facility-related needs of the industry. She advises developers and institutions across the United States and manages facility expansion and implementation programs for clients such as Covance, George Mason University, Integrated Biotherapeutics, Johns Hopkins University, the Vaccine & Gene Therapy Institute, United Therapeutics, and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation. Pat has conducted numerous feasibility studies for shared wetlab co-work, incubation, and accelerator facilities and has developed life science strategies for economic development groups across the country. Prior to founding Facility Logix, Pat was an Executive Vice President at Scheer Partners. Pat holds an MS in Biotechnology Management and a BA in Biology and sits on the Board of Women in Bio. In 2016, The Daily Record named Pat one of the Top 100 Women in Maryland.
Lynne Cooper

Lynne Cooper

Director of Project Management Services

As a lead project manager for Facility Logix, Lynne leads and manages collaborative teams from the concept stage through move-in for complex laboratory and biopharmaceutical projects. Lynne brings extensive knowledge in the commercial construction of laboratory buildings, project execution, laboratory and medical equipment qualification and procurement, and advanced electrical and mechanical system specification and design. Prior projects range from the interior fit-out of laboratory spaces for clients throughout Maryland to the development of ground-up projects for George Mason University and Lung Bioengineering. Prior to joining Facility Logix, Lynne was a Project Manager at Edgley Construction. Lynne is an active member of The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and Women in Bio.
INGRID NEWMAN, MBA, PMP, MCR

INGRID NEWMAN, MBA, PMP, MCR

Project Manager

Ingrid is a Project Manager at Facility Logix. Prior to joining Facility Logix she delivered office and laboratory space for AstraZeneca’s U.S.-based operations in California, Arizona, Illinois, Delaware and Massachusetts. These projects entailed site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, build-to-suit facilities and space-turnovers for commercial operations, manufacturing, R&D and corporate affairs. Before joining AstraZeneca, Ingrid managed a 30 million square feet corporate real estate portfolio for an investment conglomerate. Ingrid is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and holds the Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global. Ingrid received her MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. Ingrid speaks Spanish, French and Italian, and has used her project management and language skills in assisting international clients.
Nancy Conwell

Senior Consultant

Nancy Conwell has nearly 25 years of economic development, corporate recruitment, site selection and higher education experience. Nancy focuses on economic development and life sciences strategy consulting at Facility Logix where her unique blend of expertise is especially valuable in developing actionable business development and implementation plans. Supported client projects include those for Johns Hopkins University Fast Forward, the City of Virginia Beach, the Eastern North Carolina Bio-manufacturing Cluster, and the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County Florida. Prior to joining Facility Logix, Nancy was the Director of Facilities Planning, Operations and Director of Marketing for the College of Science at George Mason University. Nancy has also served as a Site Selection Consultant for KPMG and as the first Team Leader for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s Life Science and Headquarters Team. Nancy holds an MS in Interdisciplinary Studies, a BA in International Affairs, and a Certificate in Economic Development.
Janna Jacobson, PMP

Janna Jacobson, PMP

Manager, Project Services

PJanna leverages over 25 years of technology strategy and project management experience to provide the very best customer experience for Facility Logix clients. Her primary role is facilitating the continuous improvement of project management services. She also provides owner’s representation, feasibility study and research support. Prior to joining Facility Logix, Janna was a Project Manager for several firms including at IBM where she is a co-inventor on several patents. Janna holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Vermont, and an M.Ed. in Mathematics Education from the University of Washington. Janna is PMI and CSM certified.

Linda Briggs

Linda Briggs

Project Manager

Linda is a Project Manager at Facility Logix. She has over 30 years of expertise in construction schedules, project planning, MEP coordination and construction administration for projects ranging in size from $10-$150M dollars. Her projects include multiple laboratory, cleanroom and STEM facilities for New York University, The College of New Jersey, Columbia University, Albany Medical Center, Boston University and others. Linda started her career in the trades as a Sheet Metal Worker and Project Manager for a Mechanical Contractor. Linda brings practical knowledge and a keen eye for details of the entire construction process to projects. Prior to joining Facility Logix, Linda was a Construction Administrator at EYP Architecture and Engineering. Linda has A.S. in Construction Technology, Mechanical Engineering, from Hudson Valley Community College.
Brian Ott

Brian Ott

Associate Project Manager

Brian is an Associate Project Manager at Facility Logix where he supports Owners Representation and Project Management clients. In addition to providing project management support, Brian focuses on environmental, health and safety needs and sustainable design and construction practices. Prior to joining Facility Logix, Brian held research internships at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay READY Program. Brian holds a BA in Biology from St. Mary’s College in Maryland and a current HAZWOPER certificate. Brian is a May 2017 graduate of Johns Hopkins’ BLocal Program.
Dawn Griffin

Dawn Griffin

Dawn manages Human Resource functions and provides accounting and bookkeeping support for Facility Logix.  Dawn is especially knowledgeable about process applications and has been instrumental in streamlining how we work.
