Robert Baruch

Robert Baruch (retired) was the founder and former president and CEO of RABA Technologies, LLC. He has spent his career leading a diversity of initiatives in information technology and engineering and has strong technical and management experience in robotics, biomedical engineering, telecommunications, software methodologies and product development, as well as management consulting. Baruch is on the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Board of Visitors, and has been a board member of the Kennedy Krieger Institute for over 20 years.
