Patricia Larrabee
President | CEO

Innovation requires vision and knowledge. Realizing all the vibrant possibilities of innovation also requires vision and knowledge.

Twenty years ago, Pat Larrabee had the vision to address a pressing need in the innovation sector: A lack of comprehensive expertise at the intersection of real estate, construction, marketing, science and tech. With, at the time, a decade of experience in the biotech industry as Executive Vice President at Scheer Partners under her belt and years as a former bench researcher with an M.S. in Biotechnology Management and a B.A. in Biology, Pat had the knowledge to address that need and decided to start to blaze a new trail.

Since founding Facility Logix in 2004, Pat has led a strategically assembled team of experts applying technical end-user knowledge to the facility- and marketing-related needs of the industry. She and her staff have advised real estate professionals and institutions across the United States and managed facility expansion and implementation programs for clients such as Eisai, George Mason University, Integrated Biotherapeutics, Johns Hopkins University, The Mayo Clinic, and United Therapeutics. Under her direction, the company has conducted numerous feasibility studies for shared wet lab co-work, incubation, and accelerator facilities and has developed life science strategies for economic development groups across the country. In 2016, The Daily Record named Pat one of the Top 100 Women in Maryland, and she continues to blaze trails as technologies advance and demand increases nationally for expertise in innovation-driven economic development.
