He will be responsible for leading the firm’s project management services and expanding its life science sector-specific consulting services. Chapman brings 35 years of experience in account, project, and schedule management; pre-construction services; estimating and cost control; personnel management, training, and mentorship; and business growth strategies. He joins Facility Logix after several years as a vice president and business unit leader at Coakley Williams Construction, LLC, in Bethesda, MD. “Howard is a respected commercial construction executive with deep knowledge of the industry, including the types of projects in which Facility Logix specializes, building lab and manufacturing space for the life sciences industry.
