Firm Providing Unique Life Science Facility Development Expertise Forms Strategic Advisory Board

BURTONSVILLE, MD. May 28, 2022— Experiencing unprecedented growth in response to strong life science industry demand, Maryland-based life science consulting firm, Facility Logix, LLC, has formed a Strategic Advisory Board. The firm is approaching two decades of operations and has roughly doubled its staff in the last 24 months.
The advisors will bring key strengths to support the firm, including significant collective experience in strategic growth for early-stage science and tech companies; lab and manufacturing design/build; and economic development, as well as broad technical expertise in life sciences and information technology.

The Strategic Advisory Board includes the following members:
- Robert Baruch – Baruch (retired) was the founder and former president and CEO of RABA Technologies, LLC. He has spent his career leading a diversity of initiatives in information technology and engineering and has strong technical and management experience in robotics, biomedical engineering, telecommunications, software methodologies and product development, as well as management consulting. Baruch is on the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Board of Visitors, and has been a board member of the Kennedy Krieger Institute for over 20 years.
- Margot Connor – With over 30 years of experience in life science related industries, Connor brings executive level expertise in leadership, business growth, operational execution, corporate development, strategic planning, value creation, and mergers and acquisitions. She most recently served as CEO and Board Member of RoosterBio, Inc., where she joined as a founding team member in 2015 and led multiple rounds of investment funding, totaling approximately $30 million. Over the course of her career, Connor has been involved in over 20 M&A transactions valued at over $1 billion.
- Jeannye Dudley – Dudley has 28 years of hands-on experience to clients and project teams throughout the entire project delivery process. With a focus on laboratory planning and design, she has overseen strategic planning, programming, design, engineering, and construction aspects of projects that often include complex renovations and highly technical laboratory spaces. Her portfolio includes projects with academic, biomedical, research, and teaching laboratories; clinical trial research units; medical education simulation labs; and animal vivaria.
- Imran Nasrullah, MS, JD – Nasrullah brings 25 years of business development, licensing, strategy, economic development, and technology transfer experience. He is the VP and Head, Collaborate to Cure Hub – US, Business Development and Licensing at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he is responsible for forging new business relationships with academia, industry, and venture capital, which includes mentoring and forming partnerships with early-stage companies. Prior to joining Bayer, Nasrullah had roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Genzyme Genetics (now LabCorp), Millennium Pharmaceuticals (Takeda), Dana Farber Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic, and MassBio.
