BURTONSVILLE, MD. March 1, 2022— Howard Chapman, Well AP, LEED AP, has joined Facility Logix as Director, Project Management Services. He will be responsible for leading the firm’s project management services and expanding its life science sector-specific consulting services. Chapman brings 35 years of experience in account, project, and schedule management; pre-construction services; estimating and cost control; personnel management, training, and mentorship; and business growth strategies. He joins Facility Logix after several years as a vice president and business unit leader at Coakley Williams Construction, LLC, in Bethesda, MD. “Howard is a respected commercial construction executive with deep knowledge of the industry, including the types of projects in which Facility Logix specializes, building lab and manufacturing space for the life sciences industry.
